Shipping

Ground Shipping: We offer free ground shipping in the continental United States on all orders. Please allow 3–8 business days for arrival.

2–Day Shipping: 2nd day shipping is available for $25. All orders must be received by 12pm Pacific Time.

Overnight Shipping: Overnight shipping is available for $55. All orders must be received by 12pm Pacific Time. Overnight shipments will arrive by 8pm the next business day.  If you would like to expedite your shipping to early morning delivery, please email us at support@vonholzhausen.com.

Hawaii and Alaska: We ship to Hawaii and Alaska using our 3–day shipping method for $25.  All orders must be received by 12pm Pacific Time.

Shipping times are approximate. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are not responsible for any unanticipated delays. Most items are available to ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted at time of checkout. If your order is taking longer or is no longer in stock, we will notify you via email. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipper has confirmed delivery.  If you wish to add insurance to you order, please email us at support@vonholzhausen.com.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. If there is an issue with your country, we will email you. For international orders, we offer FedEx International Shipping and you will be able to choose Priority or Economy service during the checkout process. We cannot control delays due to customs issues. 

The customer will be responsible for all taxes, tariffs, and duties on international shipments. von Holzhausen cannot refund any import fees on international returns. 

Warranty

We guarantee every item made by von Holzhausen. We offer a lifetime warranty on our handbags and small leather goods if there are any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, free of charge. Outside of the warranty, we offer repair services at set fees.

Our repair process generally takes 4-6 weeks from the date your von Holzhausen item is received. However, we strive to have your product back to you as soon as possible. Please note that you have 14 days to send in your repair once we provide you with a repair confirmation number.

Changing an Order

We can not make changes to an order or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Recommended Cleaning Instructions for Technik-Leather

The best way to keep your Technik-Leather bags and accessories looking great is through proper maintenance and regular cleaning to prevent excessive dirt from accumulating.

Follow these guidelines to extend the life of your Technik-Leather Accessory:

  • Wipe up spills on the material as soon as they occur.
  • Clean with soap and water or alcohol based cleaners.
  • Sanitize using disinfectants such as (1:5) bleach/water solution.
  • For stubborn stains, wipe off with isopropyl alcohol as soon as possible. This also applies to the removal of most ballpoint inks.
  • Thoroughly rinse all solution residue with clean water.
  • Air dry.

This information is not a guarantee. Please use all cleaning and disinfecting agents safely and as instructed. The use of other cleaning agents, disinfectants, conditioners or protectants is not recommended and can degrade the performance of Technik-Leather and may void our one-year warranty.

A variety of clothing and accessories may contain dyes that could transfer to lighter colors of Technik-Leather, depending upon variations in temperature and humidity. Dye transfer is difficult to control, not always fully preventable, and may be irreversible. Technik-Leather may not protect against intentional stains or permanent inks.

Returns

von Holzhausen stands by the quality of our products. All items may be returned within 14 days of the receipt for a full refund. Please email support@vonholzhausen.com and provide the billing name or order number to receive your return label.  We charge a $10 fee for return labels. This fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount at the time the refund is processed.

Items that show signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return or refund.  Signs of wear include breaking in the original structure of the item. Please be aware of this when trying on your items.

Once a return label is processed, you have 7 days from receipt of label to mail the return. We cannot assume responsibility if the items are lost or stolen. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items if they do not meet the above requirements.

von Holzhausen does not pay for postage or arrange for shipment of International returns.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers this will show on your account as soon as your refund is processed. Exchanges

We accept exchanges if they are requested within 14 days of return of purchase.  All exchanged items need to comply with our return terms listed above. All exchanged items will be shipped to the customer at the customer's expense. The shipping charge will be noted in an email prior to shipment, and a link to pay for the shipping charge will be emailed to the customer. All exchanges are final sale, no further returns or exchanges can be made.
