We stand by our craftsmanship—but we also want you swooning over your purchase. If that’s not the case, please get in touch so we can discuss.
01 return policy
We accept returns as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Used items are not eligible for return.
All items, excluding personalized products and those marked as final sale, may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We charge a $10 fee for return labels. This fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount at the time the refund is processed.

We recommend tracking the shipping as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse returns if any of the above requirements are not met. We’re unable to accept returns on international orders due to shipping/tariff fees and inconsistent transit times.
We accept exchanges as long as you request it within 14 days of receiving it. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process and note we charge a $10 fee for exchange labels.

Exchanges are considered final sale, which means no further returns or exchanges can be made.
03 domestic shipping
- We offer ground shipping in the continental US at a flat rate of $7.50 for purchases under $75 and free for any order $75 or more (Sample Sale items excluded). Please allow three to eight business days for arrival.
- 2nd-day shipping is available for $25. Please place your order by 12 p.m. PST.
- Overnight shipping is available for $55. Please place your order by 12 p.m. PST with the understanding it will arrive by 8:00 p.m. the next business day.
- We ship to Hawaii and Alaska for $25 via 3-day shipping. Please place your order by 12 p.m. PST.
- We ship to APO/FPO addresses for $25.
While we do our very best to get your purchase there quickly, shipping times are approximate. We process orders Monday through Friday and take much-needed breaks on holidays! Most items are available to ship within two business days unless otherwise noted at checkout. If your order is taking longer than normal or no longer in stock, we’ll let you know via email.
Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it’s their responsibility to deliver it to you. You can contact them using the tracking number you received with your order confirmation. If you’d like to add insurance to your order, please send a note to email@example.com.
04 international shipping
Good news: we ship to most countries. If we run into any issues, we’ll email you.
We use FedEx International Shipping and allow you to choose Priority or Economy during checkout. Unfortunately we can’t help with customs delays, so plan ahead if you’re buying a gift!
Please note you’ll need to cover any taxes, tariffs and duties on international shipments.
