Shipping & Exchanges

All items are final sale.

• We offer ground shipping in the continental US at a flat rate of $15. Please allow three to eight business days for arrival.
• 2nd-day shipping is available for $25. Please place your order by 11 a.m. PST.
• Overnight shipping is available for $55. Please place your order by 11 a.m. PST with the understanding it will arrive by 8:00 p.m. the next business day.
  
• We ship to Hawaii and Alaska for $25 via USPS. Please place your order by 11 a.m. PST.
• We ship to APO/FPO addresses for $25 via USPS.

While we do our very best to get your purchase there quickly, shipping times are approximate. We process orders Monday through Friday and take much-needed breaks on holidays! Most items are available to ship within two business days unless otherwise noted at checkout. If your order is taking longer than normal or no longer in stock, we’ll let you know via email.

Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it’s their responsibility to deliver it to you. You can contact them using the tracking number you received with your order confirmation. If you’d like to add insurance to your order, please send a note to support@vonholzhausen.com.

Good news: we ship to most countries. If we run into any issues, we’ll email you.

We use FedEx International Shipping and allow you to choose Priority or Economy during checkout. Unfortunately we can’t help with customs delays, so plan ahead if you’re buying a gift!

Please note you’ll need to cover any taxes, tariffs and duties on international shipments. Additionally, our shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
