
This is great fun and a good way to keep your balance and muscle tone.
You will need:
- a wooden plank 32x16 inches
- A PVC pipe - around 5-6 inches in diameter and 20 inches long
Place the plank on top of (perpendicular) the plank, around the middle.
Place one foot on one end of the plank and then the other. Try to keep your balance while "riding" the board.
Decorate the board with you favorite logo and colors
