In the last few months…

Have you let go of toilet paper?
Then found that you are deeply resourceful?

Have you let go of the idea that the days of the week matter?
Then realized that the sun rises and sets no matter what.

Have you let go of the idea of food expiration dates?
Then been pleasantly surprised by a can of tomatoes from the 90s?

Have you let go of hugs?
Then had some of the most meaningful conversations ever.

Have you let go of hair dye?
Then… Okay. There is no then.

Have you let go of the sound of traffic?
Then heard the birds, louder than ever, in the morning.

Have you let go of togetherness,
Then embraced loneliness, then found that actually you are part of something much much, bigger.

Have you let go of finding your parents annoying?
Not entirely. But it’s ok.

Have you let go of looking sharp?
Then discovered that a world where you can wear sweatpants nonstop is not such a good one?

Can you let go of the idea that so many of the ways we do things aren’t relevant anymore and hurt the Planet? If we just let go of that idea, what a world we could live in.

You can do it.
